Golf clubs have been operating for awhile now with no reported safety issues and we are happy to be able to continue our annual golf day tradition. Heritage Club golfers (or non-golfers!) can participate in the fun on Wednesday, September 2, at The Meadows. Tee times start at 1:00 p.m. For those wishing to stay for dinner, the regular menu is available, and you would order and pay on site. Our club will have a reserved area on the patio, which is covered in the event of rain. The cost to participate, for paid members, is $50.00 (portion sponsored by the club). This includes your game and golf cart rental (one cart per bubble group/couple). Cost for non-members is $67.00 (actual cost). Rental clubs will be available at a cost of $25.00 + tax (rental clubs are sanitized, then put aside for two weeks before they are rented again).
To register, please send an email to Karen Casselman (vp-karen@bytownchapter.com). Let us know if you have a foursome ready to go or if you wish to be placed with other golfers. Also confirm if you are golfing and dining or golfing only (just so we can confirm dinner seating on the patio). Please advise Karen if you will need to rent golf clubs (and if you need right- or left-handed clubs). PLEASE REGISTER AND PAY BY AUGUST 15. Payment information is at the end of the newsletter.
