Niagara wine region tour details
Not your average wine tour, says your executive… Spend four delightful days visiting some of the finest wineries in the Niagara area while enjoying the campy fun of Niagara Falls and some surprises along the way.
Departing the morning of Monday, September 9 we’ll make our way to Niagara Falls to the Courtyard Marriott. Your home for the next three nights features an indoor and outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna, a 24-hour fitness centre and games room and is just steps away from shops, boutiques and all the fun Niagara Falls has to offer.
Your travel day will start with juice and muffins served on the bus, a roadside OnRoute for lunch (fast food for purchase or bring a picnic!) and stops at two wineries. After checking in at the hotel, we’ll gather at a restaurant across the street for dinner.
Tuesday and Wednesday will be filled with visits to exceptional wineries, tour and treats at a lavender farm and yummy lunches. Tuesday evening we’ll gather in a room at the hotel for a pizza and salad dinner. You can bring your own alcoholic beverages for dinner, and we’ll play a few games and spend some time sharing stories and creating some new memories! Wednesday evening you will be free to experience any of the exceptional restaurants in the area for your own dinner.
Even our final day, Thursday, will have a stop at one final winery and a local restaurant for lunch, before heading back to Ottawa. We’ll arrive back in Ottawa around 8:30 p.m.

Once again your chapter is offering this trip at a reduced cost for members in good standing. Cost is $839 per active member (2019 dues paid) or spouse ($1678 per couple). Members travelling alone may bring one guest at the member rate (to make a double room booking). Due to the limited number of rooms available (13 rooms), we cannot accommodate single room requests. Spots are offered to members only until June 1.
Please remember… This trip (as with all trips organized by your executive) is being offered at cost for non-members and a subsidized (that’s what your dues do!) cost for members.
