Christmas event

With a few spots remaining on our Christmas adventure (Saturday, December 15) we’re now opening registration to guests. If you have friends or family (attendees must be 19+ years of age) who would like to join us, you should register them now.

 

The cost of this event for non-members is $90 (covering the full cost of their attendance) per person. This includes transportation to and from Canada Post Head Office, a welcome cocktail, ax throwing, a full meal (including dessert and coffee), entertainment and a chance to win door prizes.

 

Everyone who attended last year’s evening raved about the food, the fun and the activities. If you’d like to register a guest, please send an email, ASAP, to Lise Jette (treasurer@bytownchapter.com), followed by payment (payment details at our website). – spots are reserved when payment is received.

 

A reminder of event details:

Date:                     Saturday, December 15

Schedule:               3:45 p.m. – bus leaves Canada Post Head Office (parking available)

5:15 p.m. – arrive at Sucrerie de la Montagne

11:00 p.m. – estimated time of return to Canada Post

Meal:                    Welcome cocktail followed by: harvest tomato barley soup, farm-style crusty bread, wood fire baked beans, maple glazed carrots, cranberries, maple glazed turkey, homemade meat pie, mashed potatoes, meatball stew, sugar pie, golden pancakes, tea and coffee. Please note there is also a cash bar available.
