We have a super-fun evening planned for Thursday, February 11. Join us for a night of trivia fun celebrating/trashing the year that was 2020. Member Tim McGurrin has built a fun and challenging general trivia quiz that looks back on 2020. Yes, there will be some music, but the quiz will also cover general entertainment, pop culture, sports and other things that made 2020 so “special”. We’ll play online, using Zoom.
Most of you have probably used Zoom already. If not, it is easy to log in using the link provided by the host, but if you haven’t used ZOOM, you may want to familiarize yourself with how it works before the game. The host and moderator will set up the rooms and will do a walkthrough at the beginning, so everyone is comfortable with the technology before the game begins.
Game time will be 7:30 p.m., but you will be able to join the meeting at any point after 7:00 p.m. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, please try to join before 7:30 for some tips and tricks to using it. We expect the quiz will take 90 minutes or so to play.
Tim has volunteered his time to create and run the quiz. However, your club will be donating to a charity he supports, Shelter Movers, to thank him for his time.
