Santa tells us he’s ready and eager for our help answering letters he’s been receiving at the North Pole from children around the world (read on for all workshop dates). The letter-writing workshop will be located once again in the private room on the ground floor of the cafeteria adjacent to Head Office at 2701 Riverside Drive. The door to Santa’s workshop will open at 10 a.m.

Volumes were initially lower than usual this year, but be assured that letters are now coming in fast and furious. With a shorter Santa’s workshop season, we’re hoping By-Town volunteers will spring into action on December 9, 16 and 21 to help make sure children get their replies in time for Christmas…
DATES
Heritage Days are on December 9 and 16; a big final blitz will be held on Monday, December 21 to clear any letters from children and make sure they get a reply from the jolly old man himself before Christmas. After Christmas replies will be on January 6. Spend an hour or the day – whatever time you have available is appreciated.

PARKING
Please park at the Brookfield Road lot, which is closest to the cafeteria. Fees will be reimbursed from this lot ONLY (parking expenses from other nearby lots will be reimbursed only if the Brookfield parking is full).
LUNCH
If you plan to be there for several hours, please bring your lunch. Of course, you can simply purchase food and beverage at the cafeteria if you prefer.
RESERVE A BUNDLE
For those of you who want to participate but cannot stay to do so, it is possible to reserve a bundle by contacting Claude the day before.
