Santa has made a special appeal for help answering letters on Friday, December 19 (the cafeteria workshop will be closed on Wednesday) in the Conference Centre at 2701 Riverside Drive. Friday will be the final day to clear all letters from children and make sure they get a reply from the jolly old man himself before Christmas. Spend an hour or the day – whatever time you have available is appreciated. As always, spouses are welcome!

SIGN IN AT SECURITY DESK IN MAIN BUILDING
Tell Security staff that you are with the Heritage Club here for the Santa Blitz Day. They will have a list of members who have registered, so it is doubly important to register for this event. If your name is not on the list, or there are problems that day, contact By-Town VP Claude Bruneau at 819-208-0562.
PARKING AT BROOKFIELD ROAD LOT
Fees will be reimbursed from this lot ONLY (parking expenses from other nearby lots will be reimbursed only if the Brookfield parking is full).
LUNCH
If you plan to be there for several hours, please bring your lunch. Of course, you can simply purchase food and beverage at the cafeteria if you prefer.
