Attention all golfers and ocean-lovers:
We are excited to announce a possible seven-day group trip to Myrtle Beach next spring (April 11-17, 2015). However, we need a response from interested parties ASAP to ensure we have a minimum of 20 participants. This trip will be open to Heritage Club members, their family and friends.
Dates:
April 11 (Saturday) – Leave Ottawa, stop over for one night
April 12 (Sunday) – Arrive Myrtle Beach
April 16 (Thursday) – depart Myrtle Beach
April 17 (Friday) – arrive Ottawa
What’s Included:
Motor coach transportation
6 breakfasts
2 nights hotel en route
4 nights in Myrtle Beach ocean view efficiency rooms
Motor coach transportation to golf, shopping, excursions (TBD)
Golf Package Cost Estimate:
$1150 CDN per person*, based on double occupancy. Includes 3 days of golf, one round per day, transportation to golf course, cart fees, taxes included.
Ocean Lover’s Package Cost Estimate:
$900 CDN per person*, based on double occupancy. Includes extra excursion to Charleston or Savannah (exact location TBD).
* We are only able to provide approximate pricing at this time until we have a confirmed number of participants.
Remember that you will need a valid passport for this trip. Please also be aware that a doctor’s note is required if you have recently undergone any medical tests that involve the use of nuclear medicine prior to the trip. Finally, travel insurance, although not mandatory, is strongly recommended for this trip.
Note that we will pursue arrangements only if we have sufficient number! If so, a deposit will be required by mid-December – once final costs have been calculated, and full payment must be made by the end of January.
