Canada Post is looking for two retired members to participate in an upcoming focus group. The focus group will provide feedback on sample retiree pension statements and other services provided by Pension Services.
To have a well-represented focus group, Canada Post is looking for two retired or deferred member volunteers from each of the Union/Association and Management and Exempt groups. It has volunteers from the CUPW Union and Management & Exempt groups but is still looking for 2 volunteers from each of the APOC, CPAA and UPCE/PSAC Unions/Associations (6 in total). The volunteers should live in the Ottawa area and should not be considered pension subject matter experts.
The focus group session will be held:
On: Wednesday, August 13, 2014
From: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
At: Canada Post Place, Building B
The session will be held with bilingual facilitators and bilingual documentation.
