- Lago Holiday Salad — Artisan lettuce, strawberry infused balsamic vinaigrette, dried cranberries, toasted walnut, crumbled goat cheese
- Caesar Salad — Crisp romaine hearts, roasted garlic buttermilk dressing, smoked bacon lardons, parmesan cheese, focaccia croutons
- Cheese Toast — French baguette, triple cream brie, harvest preserve, spiced pumpkin seed
Entrees:
- New York Strip Steak — 10oz Canadian Angus reserve striploin steak grilled, rustic mushroom sauté, rich merlot jus
- Herb Roasted Turkey — Classic stuffing, cranberry compote, turkey veloute
- Atlantic Salmon with Goat Cheese Crust — 7oz Atlantic salmon fillet, lemon goat cheese crust, maple gastrique
- Coconut Curry (Vegan Friendly) — Seasonal vegetables, Coconut curry sauce, basmati rice, toasted coconut, cashew pieces
- Entrees above are served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and chefs choice of seasonal vegetables (with exception of Coconut Curry Dish)
Dessert:
- New York Style Cheesecake — Rich vanilla cheesecake, graham crust, sour cherry compote
