Santa needs YOUR help for last week before Christmas!

Christmas is COMING, and Santa needs YOUR help on December 20 or 21st to get the last of his replies to children out before the big day.  If you can spare a couple of hours – or even one – your help will be appreciated by the jolly old elf… and children everywhere!

December 20th and 21st!
Next week is the last one before Christmas.  Canada Post is organizing an Employee Blitz on Tuesday, the 20th, in the Head Office Conference Centre to ensure that all letters received to date get a reply from Santa before Christmas, and By-Town members are welcome and encouraged to participate from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m.  There will be festive treats, holiday music, and a chance to help Santa clear all of his mail.

Our last Heritage Day before Christmas will be on Wednesday, the 21st. We hope you can make it to help out on at least one of these days.

If you can spare an hour or two, please register (if you haven’t already) so that we may provide you with further instructions or updates. Munchies will be provided to volunteers, and parking will be paid.

Register with Claude Bruneau for further details.

We saw you there – Week 3 (December 15th)
Number of volunteers:  17
Number of hours volunteered:  more than 900!
Number of letters answered: 1863 !

A huge thank you to the following people for coming out on the 15th:
Murray Hogan, Janet Mismas, Heidi Mersich, Eileen Lalonde, Cal Anstey, Bob Hughes, Gilbert Jacques, Lise Jette, Claude Bruneau, Ed Miller, Trish Edwards, Jean Miller, Nora Delaney, Helen Witkowoski, Andree Gannon, Laura Reynolds, Ed Borza
