Former Chapter President Bernie Dixon was recently presented with a special commemorative plaque in recognition of his many years of dedication to the Heritage Club. The Executive Committee joins with all By-Town members in extending a warm thanks to Bernie and his wife Edna for their time and efforts on behalf of the Chapter.
