Dues for 2012 are now being accepted with thanks. Please make out your cheque for $15 to “Lise Jette.” Cheques made out to “Heritage Club” or “By-Town Chapter” can no longer be accepted.*
Mail cheque: c/o Trish Edwards, By-Town Chapter Secretary, 6 SONATA PL, OTTAWA ON K1G 6H2. Trish will record your payment then pass your cheque to Lise for deposit.
*Your Executive has been able to take advantage of an ‘over-60’ personal account (joint between President and Treasurer) offering benefits available to that age group, which helps the Chapter avoid a lot of the standard bank charges found with business accounts. In light of the above, dues payments are now being received and recorded by a different member of the Executive before being deposited to the Chapter’s account.
It’s important to note that the Chapter’s records are audited each year.
